I not much of a poet, but wanted to say sorry about your dad. Thoughts and prayers to you and your family. Say hi to your mom and sister for me. Also,on a lighter note, dont forget Yes is on tour 2009! I think they already came to Atlanta. Love the Cavanaugh family (NJ.)

I was shocked to find that your Dad died 3 years ago. I Googled his name and the obituary appeared. Your Dad, Mom and I were friends many, many years ago. He and I were roomates, briefly, at Ft. Custer.
My condolences to you, your sister and your Mother.

Thanks, Dick, for your kind words. We grew up hearing lots of stories about Dad’s time in the service. He clearly had very fond memories and while he wasn’t the most vocally patriotic guy, he was very proud of being a veteran. I have kept his VA flag as one reminder of a great guy.
